Do you offer baby and child car seats?
Yes, we provide baby and child car seats upon request. Simply select the option in the booking form and specify your child’s age, as well as the seat type you need (baby seat, child seat, or booster). An additional fee applies per seat.
How do I meet my driver at the airport?
With our Meet & Greet service, your driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall at Vienna Airport, near the InfoDesk, holding a sign with your name. After your flight lands, the driver will also give you a call to confirm your arrival. Since vehicles are parked in a separate building, please allow a few minutes for the driver to bring the car to the terminal. Detailed meeting instructions will be included in your confirmation email.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
No need to worry — we track your flight in real time. Your driver will adjust the pickup time according to your actual landing, so you’ll never be left without a ride.
How long will the driver wait for me?
Our drivers wait up to 45 minutes after your flight has landed. If there’s no contact within that time, the ride will be marked as a No-Show and the full fare will apply. Need more time? Just let us know in the booking form comments if you’d like the driver to wait longer or meet you at a specific time.
I can’t find my driver, what should I do?
If you don’t see your driver at the meeting point, please call or email us right away and we’ll assist you. In most cases, passengers accidentally wait at the terminal exit instead of the designated Meeting Point. On rare occasions, the driver may be slightly delayed due to traffic or a previous ride, but in that case you’ll receive an SMS or phone call with the estimated arrival time.
