Do you offer baby and child car seats?
Yes, we provide baby and child car seats upon request. Select the option in the booking form (infant carrier €5.00, child seat €5.00, booster €2.00 — each per item).
How do I meet my driver at the airport?
With our Meet & Greet service, your driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall at Vienna Airport, near the InfoDesk, holding a sign with your name. After your flight lands, the driver will also give you a call to confirm your arrival. Since vehicles are parked in a separate building, please allow a few minutes for the driver to bring the car to the terminal. Detailed meeting instructions will be included in your confirmation email.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
No need to worry — we track your flight in real time. Your driver will adjust the pickup time according to your actual landing, so you’ll never be left without a ride.
How long will the driver wait for me?
Airport arrivals: 60 minutes free from actual landing (flight tracking included). Pickups to the airport and other addresses: 15 minutes free from the agreed pickup time. Thereafter €5.00 per started 5 minutes. If there is no contact within the free waiting period, the ride is treated as a no-show and charged in full.
I can’t find my driver, what should I do?
If you don’t see your driver at the meeting point, please call or email us right away and we’ll assist you. In most cases, passengers accidentally wait at the terminal exit instead of the designated Meeting Point. On rare occasions, the driver may be slightly delayed due to traffic or a previous ride, but in that case you’ll receive an SMS or phone call with the estimated arrival time.
